2.Basic Antivirus Management: We protect your systems from malware and other threats with regular antivirus updates and checks. Antivirus licensing not included.
3. Help Desk Support: We provide customer service support from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, exclusively through our ticketing system; we currently do not offer phone support for this package.

3. Helpdesk Support: This includes 9am to 5pm, 5 days a week technical support, problem resolution, and troubleshooting. Phone or email via ticketing system.

Tier 3: Comprehensive Support Package
Our Tier 3 package offers comprehensive IT support to ensure that every aspect of your digital infrastructure is taken care of. This package includes everything from Tier 1 and Tier 2, plus:
